Information you share

When you make an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, message, and any business name you choose to provide. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.

We use these details to reply, understand your requirements, prepare a proposal where appropriate, and manage the resulting conversation. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Services that support this website

The website is hosted on DigitalOcean App Platform. The hosting service may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and protect the site. Business email is handled through Google Workspace.

When you use the contact form, your submission is sent over HTTPS to Web3Forms, which processes them and forwards notifications to Cuberry’s inbox. Its infrastructure and spam-protection services may process information outside your country. Read the Web3Forms privacy policy for its current processing and retention details.

Web3Forms’ current privacy policy allows form-submission retention for up to three years, subject to shorter plan limits or earlier deletion. This is separate from the copy received in Cuberry’s inbox.

Cookies and analytics

We do not currently use advertising or website analytics tools. Our hosting and form-processing providers may process technical information and use technologies necessary for security, spam prevention, and service operation. Refer to their privacy policies for details.

Keeping and managing information

Enquiry correspondence is kept while handling your request and any resulting business relationship, and where needed to meet applicable obligations. You can ask about the information held about you, request a correction, or request deletion. Some information may need to be retained for contractual or legal reasons.
